All online artwork sales are final, and no refunds or returns will be accepted.  

Image Sharing
You are welcome to share my work on your website, blog, Facebook, Instagram or other social media with an image credit and link back to KAJAArt.com

Copyright
All images used on this website are the property of KAJA Art and must not be reproduced without prior consent. Any unauthorized reproduction will infringe on copyright.

Color
Color may vary ever so slightly from monitor to monitor. There may be some differences in color on-screen and the actual artwork.

Shipping Information
After receiving your order, items will be shipped within 7-10 business days. Orders will be shipped to the address you submit when placing your order. All artwork is carefully wrapped in layers of bubble wrap and cardboard to help ensure that your purchase arrives intact and undamaged. Tracking information will be provided. A signature is required at the point of delivery. All artwork is handled with the utmost care during the packaging process. In the unlikely event of your delivery has been damaged in transit, please photograph any damage to the packaging PRIOR to opening. Also photograph any damage to the artwork. Please send images to kaja.connolly@gmail.com

International Shipping
I’m currently working on ways of sharing my online shopping experience with my international collectors, but in the meantime if you are somewhere other than the United States and find an artwork you must have in your home, please contact me via email at kaja.connolly@gmail.com to discuss shipping options. I’m happy to provide you with a quote.

Duties
International buyers, may be charged a customs fee or import tax. I encourage you to check the customs law and regulations in your country as these fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
